We are so excited to welcome you into our taproom but we do have a few rules that need to be followed so that we can keep our staff and community safe, while following important health department guidelines and state regulations.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Face Covering Requirement 

Do I have to wear a mask?

We ask that you do. The size of our taproom does not allow for the required 6’ distancing when guests are standing in line or passing by each other in the restrooms. To ensure that we remain in compliance with the latest Covid-19 safety guidelines, we ask that guests who are not seated wear a mask. If you do not have one, we can add one to your tab for $1. Masks are not required on the patio but still very much appreciated when you are inside and placing your order.

 

What safety precautions are your staff taking to stay clean and sanitized?

We are doing everything we can to clean and sanitize areas of the taproom after each possible contamination. This includes sanitizing tables and chairs between uses, the staff using face masks and disposable gloves, replacing disposable covers on our touch screens between transactions, scheduled sanitized cleans of the bathrooms etc. 

 

Can I bring in outside food?

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the taproom. When the kitchen is CLOSED we allow outside foods on the patio only. When the kitchen is OPEN, no outside food is allowed.

 

Can I make a reservation for the patio or taproom?

No, we are not taking reservations at this time. Taproom guests, please check in with the server at the front table and if all tables are full we can add you to the waitlist and text you when the next table comes available. Please wait in your car and do not congregate at the front entrance while you wait. We have decided NOT to place restrictive dining time limits on our customers, so wait times will vary. Outside seating is always first-come, first served and we will not be tracking it with a waitlist. If you want to sit outside, please watch for a table to open up and have someone from your party secure it while you place your order.  

 

How many people can be in a group?

Our current seating arrangement allows for up to six person seating. Tables and chairs may not be moved to accommodate larger parties at this time.

 

Are children allowed in the taproom?

Yes Please note that everyone must stay seated unless ordering at the tapwall or using the restroom, this includes children. Children must be seated with their parents and we ask that children over age 3 wear a mask when our of their seat or in the restrooms.

Is the bar top open? Can I sit at the bar? 

No, at the moment the state’s guidelines do not allow seating at the bar due to the lack of social distancing it allows between the staff and customers and because no one can be seated within 6 feet of beverage and server stations . 

 

Are you allowing dogs on the patio?

Dogs are allowed on the patio if they are leashed and well behaved.  Due to health code, we cannot allow pets inside our building.

 

What are your hours?

Weds & Thurs 12pm – 8pm (Kitchen Open from 4pm)

Friday 12pm – 10pm (Kitchen Open from 4pm)

Saturday 12pm – 10pm (Kitchen Open from 4pm)

Sun  12pm – 7pm (Kitchen Open from 4pm)

 

When is last call?

Our taproom closes at the scheduled closing time. Our tapwall closes at 10 minutes prior to close, so if you’d like “one last beer” or to take any crowlers or growlers home, we’re happy to fill at that time.  Pizzas-to-go can be ordered right up until closing time!

 

Can I fill my growler?

Yes. We will accept CLEAN 64oz growlers that can be sealed. We will do a warm water rinse and sanitize prior to filling. We also have Humble Pint branded growlers available for purchase!

 

 Are you still doing your to-go table at the front door?

Yes, we will still have our to-go table available for anyone who wants to purchase to-go beer, pizza or merchandise. Please come inside to pick up your online order, if possible, if you are unable or uncomfortable with coming inside, we can bring your order out to you. Again, we do ask that you wear a mask when you come inside to place or pick up your order.

Once we are given the approval to ease back on these guidelines we will do so accordingly. The TABC is closely monitoring establishments with the “over 51% alcohol sales” sign to ensure compliance with current safety regulations. We ask that you do your part to help us stay in compliance, so that we can stay open and continue serving you great beer and food!

 

Why are your rules stricter than other breweries/restaurants I’ve been to? 

Not every establishment has the same interpretation of the state’s guidelines, and we’re sorry if that creates confusion! At Humble Pint, we want to ensure that the safety of our customers and staff always remains our number one priority. Remember, this is only temporary! We’d love to just go back to “normal” too but right now that isn’t an option so we are adapting in the meantime.
